Tko Lab sells a curated selection of teas designed exclusively for infusion in hot water.

By purchasing from us, you agree that:

Our products are intended only for hot-water infusion.
They must not be eaten, smoked, vaporised, heated in any device other than for infusion, or used in any way inconsistent with the instructions provided.

Any misuse of the products is strictly prohibited.

Neither Tko Lab nor our Merchant of Record entities (Prime Arcturus Limited and Prime Maple Limited) accept liability for:

Misuse of products
Consumption in any form other than infusion
Inhalation or ingestion against guidance

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
Prices shown include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT), unless stated otherwise.
Payments are handled securely through our approved payment processors.
Charges on your bank statement will appear as PIX*Tkolab.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

You must ensure that all order details are accurate so we can fulfil your purchase without delays.
