Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery
UK delivery typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees. Orders delayed or held at customs are outside our control. Unfortunately, orders that are lost in transit or held by overseas customs cannot be refunded, but we will review these situations on a case-by-case basis.


2. Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return window. This means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to tell us you’d like to return it, and then a further 14 days to send the item back.

To start a return, please email support@tkolab.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return label. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can put it right.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Perishable or food items
  • Personal care or beauty goods
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable goods or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

We are not legally required to offer returns on food products, and food items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Promotions, Bundles & Special Offers

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Buy-one-get-one-free offers
  • Monthly specials 
  • Bundles sold as combined weights (e.g., 14g made up of 4×3.5g) – these cannot be partially returned or refunded

EU Customers

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the same return conditions (unused, unopened, original packaging).

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item unless it is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If a refund is issued, any return shipping costs we cover on your behalf may be deducted from the final refund amount.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds usually take up to 10 working days to clear with your bank or card provider once processed.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact support@tkolab.co.uk.


4. Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the product and place a new order once your return has been approved.


5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tkolab.co.uk. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
