We ship orders Monday to Friday. Most orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same working day. During busy periods (such as promotions or sales), processing may take slightly longer, but all weekday orders placed before 1pm will be shipped by the next working day unless stated otherwise on our website.
Orders are shipped with DPD or DHL. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. All shipments are fully tracked and insured, and you will receive email or SMS updates, including a 1–2 hour delivery window on the day of delivery.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland are shipped with alternative couriers. These parcels are tracked, insured, and usually take 2–5 working days, depending on your postcode.

Scottish Highlands: AB36–38, AB41–46, AB51–56, FK17–21, IV1–39, IV52–54, IV63, KW1–14, PA21–40, PH15–18, PH19–26, PH30–41, PH49–50
Scottish Islands: HS1–9, IV40–51, IV55–56, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA20–24, PA41–49, PA60–78, PH42–44, ZE1–3
Northern Ireland: BT
DPD makes one delivery attempt. If you are unavailable, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest DPD Pickup Shop, where it will be held for 7 days. If it is not collected and is returned to us, we can resend it once you confirm your address and pay the return fee (£4.99) plus the new shipping cost.
We require all orders to be delivered in person. If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour, this is entirely at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in these circumstances, and refunds cannot be offered.
Please double-check that your shipping information is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect addresses. Shipping costs are non-refundable in these situations, and any extra fees incurred will be your responsibility.
Orders may be cancelled at no cost up until dispatch. Once dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you wish to cancel after the parcel has been shipped or delivered, please follow our standard returns process.
You may return unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the items have been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tkolab.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We use DPD Express and DHL Priority for UK mainland and RM Tracked 24 for Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland. While next-day delivery is always the aim, it is not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to weather, traffic, courier issues, or depot backlogs beyond our control.
